valet parking modern interior
the hotel's valet parking was convenient. it made getting around easy since everything was nearby. the cappuccinos in the lobby were perfection. the lobby's modern interior looked cozy to me.

Really good Service and Prime Location
perfect location heated floors comfortable bed
The hotel's location proved perfect. It sits next to Harpa Concert Hall and is within walking distance of downtown shops. I received a room upgrade, a Beautiful Harpa view suite. The suite included heated bathroom floors and a comfortable bed (I especially liked the coffee bar!).
Valet parking costs around $50 per day.

The employees were consistently helpful and pleasant. I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store sandwiches I had bought for the next day in their refrigerator. This demonstrated attention to detail and a willingness to accommodate guests.

polite staff efficient parking missing drawers confusing fee
the staff were polite. the valet parking was efficient. the rooftop bar offered drinks after long days. the location allowed walking to dining options.
the room lacked drawers. it made unpacking difficult. the destination fee caused confusion. i received charges for items i never received.

soft mattress blocked view
the hotel had a great location near shops and restaurants.
I was disappointed that my room was not as comfortable as i expected. The mattress felt too soft and low. the balcony faced the city, but the building across the street blocked most of the view (it was on the fifth floor).

amazing experience!
warm welcome complimentary spa multiple bars amazing smell
I found the staff warm and cute. They gave me lots of great local recommendations! complimentary spa access was a major plus, i felt so relaxed. i loved the fact that there was so much to do right in the hotel. It has dinner options, a coffee shop, and multiple bars each with its own vibe! the entire hotel looked very nice and even smelled amazing.
I did find the valet parking to be quite expensive, though the convenience was nice. I didn't expect such a high cost.

tide's restaurant was very good, i enjoyed a fantastic meal! the speakeasy offered a unique atmosphere, and the rooftop bar had great drinks and fine views, though the menu had limited choices.

The spa was easy to schedule and the facilities were very clean. I really enjoyed the hydrotherapy plunge pool! complimentary spa access allowed a chance to completely unwind after long days exploring.

The hotel enjoys a central location on the waterfront, and it is easy to find! i was just a few blocks from museums, restaurants, and shops. The front entrance allowed taxis to drop me off right at the front.

My room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom had heated floors which were such a treat. it was adorned with local artwork and accessories. The bed was comfortable for quality sleep, though there were no drawers.

location proved acceptable due its nearness to shops.
i noticed a layer of dust on the headboard, even after the room received cleaning the prior day. This condition extended to the vents, from where i could visibly detect dust being dispersed.
